DIABETES MELLITUS PERMANENT TREATMENT IN HOMOEOPATHY.

Does Homeopathy Work for Diabetes?
Most homeopathic remedies for diabetes have only been tested in animals and not in human clinical trials.

For example, black plum (Syzygium jambolanum) is a common homeopathic remedy for diabetes. Studies show that this treatment may help control blood sugar in animals like rats and rabbits. But in studies with people with type 2 diabetes, there was no effect.

There’s no homeopathic substitute for insulin, but some research does show that homeopathic remedies may help control blood sugar when you use them along with regular treatment for diabetes. In one study, people with type 2 diabetes got individualized homeopathic treatments in addition to their normal medication. After 1 year, their blood glucose control and A1c levels improved.

Types of Diabetes

There are two types of diabetes – type 1 and type 2. There is also a stage called prediabetes which is reversible diabetes. It is mainly caused during pregnancy where sugar levels are higher than normal but not so high as to classify as diabetes. In such people, usually, the sugar level comes back to normal once the baby is delivered.

Type 1 diabetes – Usually, it appears in childhood or teenage life. However, it can occur at any age.

Type 2 diabetes – Most of the time, it appears at an older age, that is, after 40 years. However, this type can also be seen at any age of life.
